I am feeling really good today. I'm going to start working out on the elliptical from now on. I figured I would give the first few days on the cleanse a nice rest as my body was detoxing. Today I decide to somewhat treat myself since it is Sunday! I decided to get a good workout in so I can enjoy the healthy eggplant parm with quinoa pasta I am going to make for dinner :). We also did our Sunday grocery shopping today. I decided to add a picture to show you exactly what I bought today for the week.
Today's Meals:
Before breakfast: Watermelon Sparks
Breakfast: Protein shake and probiotic supplement packet
Lunch: 2 rolls of Cali Sushi Roll with a touch of soy sauce
Snack: Apple
