Update

Hi everyone!

     I decided to stop blogging at Day 10 because I was going to keep the same routine with eating, but just putting the supplements into my diet now. I cheated on my healthy eating over the weekend. I just needed a break. I weighed myself today and didn't gain but a pound back. Still feeling full of energy! :)

Day 10 of 24

Hi everyone!

    Today had been a good day so far. I am down 1 more pound. I know in not supposed to be weighing everyday, but I just can't help it haha! Hope everyone has a great weekend :). 

Meals: 

Breakfast: Fiber drink and protein shake

Snack: Apple and raw almonds 

Lunch: Chicken with spring mix and balsamic 

Snack: Homemade popcorn with a hint of sea salt

Dinner: It was cheat night! ;)

Day 9 of 24

Hi everyone!

     So far so good today. Feeling more energy every day now. Although I feel quite tired today, and have to work my second job tonight. I couldn't help but weigh myself today. I am down 2 more pounds. Since January I am down 17lbs! The new jeans I bought a few weeks back are starting to feel lose. I even got them in a size smaller. Can't believe I am down 1.5 inches in my stomach. That's my biggest problem area because I have cortisol issues. Cortisol is a hormone that stores in certain places like your tummy and thighs that stores fat. It also have to do with adenral fatigue, which I have. I always tell people to learn about adrenal fatigue, which I truly believe 95% of people have. 

Meals: 

Breakfast: Fiber drink and AdvoCare peotein shake

Snack: Apple 

Lunch: Small spring mix salad, peppers, tomatoes, peas, and orange vingerette dressing. Also a veggie sushi roll. 

Snack: Greek yogurt (plain)

Dinner: Sautéed peppers and zucchini with grilled chicken 

Snack: Raw pepper, cucumber, and hummus

Day 8 of 24

Hi everyone!

    So I have some exciting news! I took my measurements this morning and I am down a whole inch everywhere (thighs are half an inch both), and my stomach is down 1.5 inces! That is a total of 7 inches! Although I'm not seeing a dramatic change yet in weight (I do have 2 weeks left on the cleanse), I'm seeing it in my figure. I would rather see it and feel it, then look at weight per say. 

Skin update: My skin looks awesome as of today! I have almost all of my bad breakouts cleared up, and my skin have a beautiful glow to it. Also the oil production in my skin seems to have calmed down too! Also, I am noticing my cellulite decreasing on my legs. Cellulite can store many toxins in your body. I am so happy I'm flushing all the toxins out! 

Meals: 

Before breakfast: Sparks shake 

Breakfast: Vegan protein shake 

Snack: Apple 

Lunch: Salad with chicken, tomatoes, and balsamic 

Snack: Greek plain yogurt with raw almonds 

Dinner: Sautéed peppers, zucchini, and sqush mixed in with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, tiny bit of salsa and cheese

I won't lie to you I ate some chocolate last night. It was my first craving in a week. 

Day 7 of 24

Hi guys! 

    So sorry I didn't post Day 7 blog until today. I was super busy with my two jobs yesterday. Just wanted to say that everything has stayed about the same. The routine of the challenge has gotten easier every single day. I've been taking some pictures of myself every couple of days, and I cannot believe the difference I see already in my tummy and hips! :) 

Meals: 

Breakfast: AdvoCare protein shake

Snack: Apple and almonds 

Lunch: Spring mix, chicken, and balsamic 

Dinner: Grilled chicken and rice

Day 6 of 24

Hi everyone!

     I hope everyone is having a great Monday so far. My challenge is going great so far! I just wanted to share that I took some pictures of myself on Day 1, and took some pictures last night on Day 5. I can't believe how less bloated I look in my stomach!! I'm going to try and workout 4 days this week by doing the elliptical for 30 minutes per session. So far the challenge is going great!

Meals:

Breakfast: AdvoCare Protein Shake

Snack: Apple

Lunch: Spring mix, tuna, and balsamic. A handful of raw almonds and 3 slices of honeydew

Snack: Plain Greek yogurt 

Dinner: Turkey taco salad. Romaine lettuce leaves chopped up into bite size pieces, ground turkey, tiny bit of salsa/cheese, and sautéed zucchini and yellow pepper. It was delicious! 

Snack: Chocolate chunk KIND bar

Day 5 of 24


Hi everyone!!

    I am feeling really good today. I'm going to start working out on the elliptical from now on. I figured I would give the first few days on the cleanse a nice rest as my body was detoxing. Today I decide to somewhat treat myself since it is Sunday! I decided to get a good workout in so I can enjoy the healthy eggplant parm with quinoa pasta I am going to make for dinner :). We also did our Sunday grocery shopping today. I decided to add a picture to show you exactly what I bought today for the week. 

Today's Meals:

Before breakfast: Watermelon Sparks

Breakfast: Protein shake and probiotic supplement packet 

Lunch: 2 rolls of Cali Sushi Roll with a touch of soy sauce

Snack: Apple
