Day 10 of 24

Hi everyone!

    Today had been a good day so far. I am down 1 more pound. I know in not supposed to be weighing everyday, but I just can't help it haha! Hope everyone has a great weekend :). 


Breakfast: Fiber drink and protein shake

Snack: Apple and raw almonds 

Lunch: Chicken with spring mix and balsamic 

Snack: Homemade popcorn with a hint of sea salt

Dinner: It was cheat night! ;)
